Challenge
NPE exists to find Meta’s next products by building and testing them fast. Every idea had to reach real users quickly, prove or disprove a growth hypothesis, and do so with a team distributed across five countries and as many time zones.
Approach
I rapidly prototyped and shipped community-focused product experiences, then validated growth hypotheses through controlled A/B experiments on Meta’s experimentation infrastructure. User-behaviour analytics drove each iteration on engagement and retention, and I partnered closely with design and product management to refine the experience between runs.
Outcome
Prototypes reached users and were judged on evidence rather than opinion. The engagement taught me how to run experiments at scale, a practice I now bring to every growth project.
